JFDI's Solution: Aardvark for Microsoft Teams
JFDI addressed this need with Aardvark for Microsoft Teams, utilised as an application issue tracker. Our highly customisable business process management has proven to be successful in various scenarios. A discovery session allowed us to precisely map and translate their problem-solving process into a familiar Kanban board.
Issue Tracker
Every ticket gets a unique number for tracking. The record contains information like an issue description etc. When the Aardvark record reaches the last swim lane, the problem is solved, and the ticket gets archived.
To encourage collaboration, we leverage the functionalities of Microsoft Teams. Team members can spawn channels to store related files and work collaboratively on a given issue without leaving the platform. Any appropriate files or relevant information can be emailed directly to the channel.
