Three SharePoint Solutions for Countryside Properties
JFDI delivered a comprehensive suite of SharePoint solutions covering contract management, mobile inspection forms, and HR communications.
Solution 1: Contract and Legal Document Management
We streamlined the contracts management process, eliminating administrative overheads. Contracts are now automatically categorised and saved to the correct location.
Each of Countryside's 250+ developments had a separate legal documents repository in SharePoint, and creating new ones took hours of labour-intensive work. Through the implementation of appropriate SharePoint information architecture, we completely removed this overhead.
We took their existing SharePoint corpus of contract and legal documents, preserving metadata, and migrated them into one cohesive management structure. Legal documents are now easy to save, categorise and find.

Solution 2: Mobile Inspection Forms
Countryside's health and safety site inspections mobile app sends data to our integration platform. An automated process reads their completed inspection forms and creates suitable repositories on SharePoint Online. We accurately and automatically augment their forms with metadata on the way, which makes them discoverable, accessible, actionable and preserved for life whilst significantly reducing staff workload.
Solution 3: Human Resources Portal
We took design cues from Countryside's existing website to build an HR news portal in SharePoint. Without needing any HTML or web design knowledge, their HR team can now create rich, good-looking content. They can create professional-looking company-wide bulletins, announcements and news posts, which link to and include policies and employee benefits information.
