Looking Back on 2025 and ahead to what's next at JFDI

Join us as we look back on 2025, a year of development, innovation, and connection at JFDI with exciting product updates.

Looking back on 2025, it's been a year of momentum and focus at JFDI.

The first half of the year was largely dedicated to maturing our application framework. We finalised its evolution into Locodium, while continuing development of the Private Equity Transaction Manager. That period was about depth rather than speed. Now the platform is ready to support the kind of systems we build for our clients.

Then Q3 and Q4 saw the release of our new SharePoint web part, Calendar Planner, as well as development of Booking Planner which is coming soon. We also began to modernise and rework other products for their release on the Microsoft Marketplace, marking an important step in making tools originally built for client delivery available more widely.

Alongside product development, the team stayed closely connected throughout the year. We made time to meet in person when we could, while continuing to collaborate day-to-day across projects. Not only that, but we also restarted the JFDI newsletter, which is our way to stay closer to all of you.

We've been privileged to be involved in several exciting projects across the year. While we cannot share everything immediately, we're looking forward to publishing more of that work in our case study section in due course.

For now, we'd simply like to say thank you; to our clients, partners, and everyone we've worked with this year. We're proud of our achievements in 2025, and are genuinely excited about what's ahead.

We look forward to continuing the journey with you in 2026.
